Herewith I inform all users about the collection and use of personal data according to the legal obligation. The legal basis for data protection is to be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the European Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).
On this website, users personal data is only collected within the scope of the applicable data protection law. This requires either a legal permission or the users consent. A legal permission exists in particular for inventory and usage data. After obtaining users consent to further use of data, I will users will be informed in detail on the use of data. In any case, I will delete users data, as far as this is permitted or required by law, or if its storage is no longer necessary for the use of our websites and our offers.
